Opening in December 2016, Boutiquehotel Anker Luzern is located in a historical building in the centre of Luzern, right on the Pilatusplatz square. Staff are friendly rooms are clean location was great. Breakfast was a nice bonus. They even gave you a bus pass so you can get around the city which was really nice.

The family-owned 5-star Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is located right in the Old Town of Lucerne, next to the lake. It offers a spa area and elegant rooms with modern furniture. This hotel is beautiful! A lovely property that has been well looked after and the staff are very attentive. We visited at Christmas time and the lobby had the most amazing Christmas tree and festive decorations. Our rooms had views of Lake Lucerne and the alps which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast is served in what looks like a ball room! Lots of breakfast options and really nice extra's like chocolates and cakes in our room. Definitely recommend.

Lokacija hotela je odlicna, tik ob jezeru. Nekaj minut peshoje od hotela je postajalisce za ladijski prevoz do mesta Luzern. Ladja vozi vsako uro. Osebje zelo prijazno. Pripravili so nam lunch paket, ker smo en dan ze zgodaj sli na izlet in nismo imeli zajtrka v hotelu. Zajtrk je okusen in se kar raznovrsten.

The staff who checked us in were so friendly and helpful, booked dinner at restaurant for us, translated the menu, Our corner room had a superb view of the lake and book landing. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was in an awesome area that looked out over the lake and was gorgeous. The out door seating for the restaurant was great. Surrounded by lovely areas to walk. Again the staff were some of the most helpful and friendly of out trip. It was just yard from the boat dock and Mt Rigi cogwheel train. Great breakfast variety and menu for dinner.

One of the best spas. I enjoyed the depth of the pool, the temperature of the water is perfect, body temperature. Great bubbling and water pressure facilities. The hotel is such an antique ( a heritage) it is an experience to stay there cuz simply you feel as if you time traveled like a 100 years back. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. the food is super (by far the best dinner we had in Switzerland) I am sure chef is not just a cook he is an artist. the view is stunning and the queen Victoria room is amazing. Shuttle takes us from and to the train station if needed and parking is available
